Notes

'Amanda Yale' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Amanda Yale') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, double, midseason flowers are pale flesh-white with crimson edging and a moderate fragrance. Plants bloom in mid to late spring and early summer. The stems are usually strong and the foliage looks good.

Pairs well with Swamp milkweed, Garlic chives, and Queen of Night tulip.
