Notes
'Amazing Handiwork' peony (Paeonia 'Amazing Handiwork') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant blush pink flowers face upward on upright plants that need no support. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Swenson Gardens bred it.
Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, First Frost hosta, and Nodding onion.
