Notes

'Amazon Queen' peony (Paeonia 'Amazon Queen') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Pink single to semi-double flowers face upward and have frilled, ruffled outer petals. Joshua Scholten bred it.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Black Hero tulip, and Indian grass.
