Notes

'Amore Mio' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Amore Mio') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, semi-double pink flowers open in mid to late spring. New foliage emerges fiery red and the stems are red. The upright plants reach about 110 cm (43") and need no support.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Miss Kim lilac, and Kentucky bluegrass.
