Notes

'Miss Kim' lilac (Syringa pubescens 'Miss Kim') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, hedges, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The purple and pink blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice. The leaves also turn color in fall.

Pairs well with Quick Fire panicle hydrangea, David garden phlox, Carlton daffodil, and White spruce.
