Notes

'Annie Schilder' tulip (Tulipa 'Annie Schilder') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The orange-brown blooms open from early to late spring and stand about 18 inches tall. Each flower is flamed with rose and orange on the outside and scarlet inside, with a lemon yellow base and bluish black anthers.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Fanal astilbe, and Ernest Markham clematis.
