Notes
'Anouk' Spanish lavender (Lavandula stoechas 'Anouk') is an herb for borders, containers, rock gardens, and xeriscapes. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It forms a fragrant, evergreen mound up to 24 inches tall, and it blooms in spring and again in summer. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Creeping thyme, Kent Beauty oregano, Wall germander, and Sage.
