Notes

'Aphrodite' rose (Rosa 'Aphrodite') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Light pink, fragrant flowers appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Walter Easlea, Jr bred it in 1929. The large, glossy leaves are leathery and medium green.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Blue star, and Lily.
