'Aspire' cut-leaf kittentail (Veronica 'Aspire') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows up to 24 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms.
