Notes

'Purpleicious' cut-leaf kittentail (Veronica 'Purpleicious') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows up to 24 inches tall and bears purple blooms in spring, summer, and autumn. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Purple Coneflower coneflower, and Bowl of Beauty peony.
