Notes

'Perfectly Picasso' cut-leaf kittentail (Veronica 'Perfectly Picasso') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the flowers, which appear in spring, summer, and autumn.

Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Pardon My Lavender spotted beebalm, and Chocolate Ruffles coral bells.
