Notes

'Giles van Hees' cut-leaf kittentail (Veronica 'Giles van Hees') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It stays 3 to 6 inches tall and wide and bears reddish-pink blooms in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Black Parrot tulip, and Heather.
