Notes
'Ballerina' magnolia (Magnolia loebneri 'Ballerina') is a tree for use as a specimen. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It bears fragrant white flowers with a pink blush in mid spring. The tree grows 15 to 20 feet tall and wide, so give it room to spread.
Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Autumn fern, and Spiderwort.
