Notes

'Ballerina' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Ballerina') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, loamy soil. It bears large double blooms in a pastel pink blend, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit them. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Radiance cosmos, Sungold sunflower, and Rock soapwort.
