Notes

'Barbeque' rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus 'Barbeque') is a shrub for food gardens, containers, hedges, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, loamy soil. Deer tend to pass it by. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall with an arching habit and fragrant, evergreen foliage. Pale blue flowers open in spring and again in summer, and they attract bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds.

Pairs well with Munstead lavender, Purple Coneflower coneflower, and Mondo grass.
