Notes

Beach spider lily (Hymenocallis littoralis) is a bulb for borders and containers, and it needs little care. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant flowers open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. The leaves stay green all year.

Pairs well with Rain lily, Arabian Night dahlia, and Black bamboo.
