Notes

'Bee-Lieve' spotted beebalm (Monarda didyma 'Bee-Lieve') is a perennial for borders, containers, and pollinator plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Burgundy buds open to pink flowers in early to late summer, and the blooms age to pale pink. Place it where you can brush past the fragrant foliage. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit it.

Pairs well with Spider flower, Greig's tulip, and Ostrich fern.
