Notes

'Belle du Monde' tulip (Tulipa 'Belle du Monde') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms from early to late spring. The stems reach 24 to 36 inches tall, so the flowers work well in a vase.

Pairs well with Dordogne tulip, Maureen tulip, Fringed bleeding heart, and Queen of Night tulip.
