Notes

'Bellona' peony (Paeonia 'Bellona') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its coral-pink, semi-double flowers have white flares and are fragrant. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Stems reach 34 inches and stay upright, so you do not need to stake them.

Pairs well with Fire and Ice hosta, Blue grama, and Cheerfulness daffodil.
