Notes

'Bill Reid' rose (Rosa 'Bill Reid') is a compact shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. The semi-double flowers open yellow with a touch of apricot and age to lemon yellow. It blooms from early to late summer and again in early to mid autumn. Bees visit the lightly fragrant blooms on plants about three feet tall and wide.

Pairs well with Phantom panicle hydrangea, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Black Beauty peony, and Love-in-a-mist.
