Notes

'Birendranath' rose (Rosa 'Birendranath') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The pink blend blooms are fragrant and appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Dr. Kalyan Chakraborty bred it in 1994.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Niobe clematis, and Garlic chives.
