Notes

'Blue Dancer' clematis (Clematis 'Blue Dancer') is a vine for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is evergreen and bears blue flowers in spring, summer, and autumn. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Raymond J. Evison bred it.

Pairs well with Black-eyed Susan, Big bluestem, and Bouquet peony.
