Notes

'Blue Heron' fumewort (Corydalis curviflora 'Blue Heron') is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. Its blue flowers are fragrant and bloom in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It stays 4 to 8 inches tall.

Pairs well with Fringed bleeding heart, Lenten rose, and Lady fern.
