Notes
'Blue Hill' tulip (Tulipa 'Blue Hill') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The blooms open in early to late spring. They are amethyst violet with a white base. Plants reach about 22 inches tall, so they make good picks for a vase.
Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Cat's Pajamas nepeta, and Alexander Fleming peony.
