Notes

'Bonfire' rose (Rosa 'Bonfire') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The red blend blooms open in late spring, again in early to late summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Frank A. Benardella bred it.

Pairs well with Rose of sharon, Big bluestem, and Lily.
