Notes

'Boule Blanche' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Boule Blanche') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears double white blooms on a short plant, so you can set it near the front of a bed. The double flowers also work well in a vase. François-Félix Crousse bred it.

Pairs well with Charles Joly lilac, Prairie dropseed, and African Queen lily.
