Notes
'Bramwell' weigela (Weigela Florida 'Bramwell') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Rose pink flowers open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. Deer tend to browse other plants first.
Pairs well with Quick Fire panicle hydrangea, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Golden Tiara hosta.
