Notes

'Bright Delight' rose (Rosa 'Bright Delight') is a compact shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays about 30 inches tall and bears yellow blend blooms in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Dr. Thomas McMillan bred it in 2005.

Pairs well with Sweet pepperbush, Jackmanii clematis, Japanese forest grass, and Sarah Bernhardt peony.
