Notes
'Caitlin' crabapple (Malus asiatica 'Caitlin') is a tree for use as a specimen. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 12 to 15 feet tall and wide, so give it plenty of room to spread. Pinkish-white flowers open in mid to late spring. They cover the branches and make the tree a bright focal point in the yard.
Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Tree peony, and Red pine.
