Notes

'Calgary' tulip (Tulipa 'Calgary') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms from early to late spring. You can plant the bulbs in groups for a bold show in the bed or cut the stems for a vase.

Pairs well with White Triumphator tulip, Armenian grape hyacinth, and Blue Shades Greek thimbleweed.
