Notes

'Camélia' rose (Rosa 'Camélia') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant has dark green leaves and fragrant orange-red blooms from late spring into early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Emil Heizmann bred it in 1948.

Pairs well with Obedient plant, Japanese forest grass, Jackmanii clematis, and Grape hyacinth.
