Notes

'Candia Meillandecor' rose (Rosa 'Candia Meillandecor') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, hedges, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium red, fragrant blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Jean-Marie Gaujard bred it in 1965.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Green Velvet buxus, and Switchgrass.
