Notes

'Carla' tulip (Tulipa 'Carla') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It blooms in light blue-pink from early to late spring. The petals have a broad lilac purple edge and carmine inside. P.J. Nijssen bred it.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Fanal astilbe, and Ernest Markham clematis.
