Notes

'Celestial Night' rose (Rosa 'Celestial Night') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. Plum purple blooms come in clusters and have an old-fashioned look. It is nearly thornless and has a moderate fragrance. Christian Bedard bred it in 2019.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Baby's breath, and Sweet pepperbush.
