Notes

'Cerberus' peony (Paeonia 'Cerberus') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Early blooming pink semi-double flowers face upward and have frilled guard petals. The upright stems stand about 32 inches tall and need no support. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Curly Fries hosta, and Switchgrass.
