Notes

'Cheerful Glow' peony (Paeonia 'Cheerful Glow') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Early blooming single flowers are creamy pink with yellow overlay and red flares, and they are fragrant. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Butterflies visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Elegans hosta, Obsidian coral bells, and Damask rose.
