Notes

'Cherry Fluff' coneflower (Echinacea 'Cherry Fluff') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It is drought tolerant, and bees visit the blooms. Flowers open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn.

Pairs well with Yarrow, Bee balm, Red-hot poker, and Feather reed grass.
