Notes
'Chime' nandina (Nandina domestica 'Chime') is an evergreen shrub. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows fast, stands upright, and tolerates drought and salt. Birds visit it, and it blooms in early to late spring.
Pairs well with Green Velvet buxus, Fountain grass, and Pansy.
