Notes

'Lemon-Lime' nandina (Nandina domestica 'Lemon-Lime') is a shrub for hedges and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast, reaching up to 48 inches tall and 36 to 48 inches wide, and it stays evergreen. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Birds visit it, and it tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, September Charm anemone, and Ostrich fern.
