Notes

'Citrine' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Citrine') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It blooms from early to late summer and again in autumn. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers, and it tolerates drought. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Hidcote lavender, Montbretia, and Shasta daisy.
