Notes

'City of Leeds' rose (Rosa 'City of Leeds') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Its fragrant orange-pink blooms appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. The bushy, upright plants have few or no thorns. Samuel Darragh bred it in 1966.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Queen of Night tulip, and Flowering quince.
