Notes

'Clara Curtis' rose (Rosa 'Clara Curtis') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The medium yellow blooms are fragrant and attract bees. It flowers in late spring, again from early to late summer, and into early autumn. Alexander Dickson II bred it in 1922.

Pairs well with Lanceleaf coreopsis, Jackmanii clematis, Obedient plant, and Casa Blanca lily.
