Notes

'Command Performance' rose (Rosa 'Command Performance') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant has glossy, dark green, leathery foliage. Fragrant orange-red blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Robert V. Lindquist bred it in 1970.

Pairs well with Anise hyssop, Prairie dropseed, and Wild bergamot.
