'Copper Image' tulip (Tulipa 'Copper Image') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The cupped, double flowers glow in copper, apricot, pink, orange, and green. They bloom late in the tulip season. Plant the bulbs where other plants will not shade them, and let the foliage die back naturally after flowering.
Pairs well with Cheerfulness daffodil, Krossa Regal hosta, Black Beauty peony, and Polish Spirit clematis.
