Notes

'Cosmopolitan' eulalia (Miscanthus sinensis 'Cosmopolitan') is a grass for borders, specimens, accents, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Its arching clumps reach about 71 to 94 inches tall. Birds visit it, and it tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Moerheim Beauty sneezeweed, Russian sage, and Annabelle hydrangea.
