Notes

'Country Melody' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Country Melody') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the fragrant blooms. It stands up to drought and salt. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Magnus coneflower, Moonlight tickseed, and Baby's breath.
