Notes

Creeping buttercup (Ranunculus repens) is a groundcover for pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows 9 to 12 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches, so give it room. Yellow flowers open in late spring and again in early to late summer, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Queen of Night tulip, and Little Lime panicle hydrangea.
