Notes

'Cupcakes Mixed' cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus 'Cupcakes Mixed') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast into a clumping plant that is drought tolerant. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Ageratum, Hidcote lavender, and Franz Schubert garden phlox.
