Notes

'Cynthia' lady tulip (Tulipa clusiana 'Cynthia') is a bulb for borders, rock gardens, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Pink-red flowers with pale yellow edges open in early to late spring. It grows 9 to 12 inches tall and forms a clump, so it fits small spaces well.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Blanket flower, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
