Notes

'Czarina' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Czarina') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its pink blooms add soft color to the garden and also look good in a vase. You can cut the stems for fresh bouquets and still enjoy the plant in the border. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Phantom panicle hydrangea, and Pink Impression tulip.
